What's covered
Any fault arising from the production process is covered in full.
Crossover networks, driver units, binding posts, and internal wiring.
Structural defects in the enclosure, joints, and surface finish.
Any deviation in the constant directivity system from our production spec.
What's not covered
Damage caused by drops, impacts, moisture, or mishandling after delivery.
Damage resulting from amplifier mismatch or operating outside rated specifications.
Any internal modifications or repairs not performed by Silent Pound or an authorised store.
Cosmetic wear on grilles, spikes, or surface finishes from regular use.

Our team responds within 2 business days. In most cases, we diagnose remotely and send replacement parts directly.
If a repair is needed, we arrange collection and cover all shipping costs. If unrepairable, we replace the unit.
